What this site is
A description of Yacht Management Services FL, LLC: who we are, what we do, and how
to reach us. It is information, not an offer. No page on it is a
quotation, a commitment to availability, or a contract.
Service terms are written per vessel
Management programs, service, repairs and storm plans are quoted
and agreed in writing for your specific vessel, at your specific
dock, under your specific circumstances. Nothing published here
varies or replaces those written agreements.
Ownership
The text, the YMS marks and the photography on this site belong to
the company. Every photograph is of our own crews on boats we look
after. It is here to show the work. The
International Code of Signals flag artwork is drawn to the public
signal spec; the YMS logo and wordmark are not for reuse.
Accuracy
We keep the site accurate. The vessel counts, team sizes and
service lists are checked against the company's own records, and
anything stale gets corrected rather than left up. If you spot
something wrong, the fastest fix is the phone.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the
company is not liable for decisions made on the basis of website
content alone. Yacht work involves real vessels, real weather and
real contracts, and the website is only where that conversation
starts.
Governing law
These terms and the use of this site are governed by the laws of the
State of Florida, where the company is based.
