Yacht Management Services
Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Thirty-five operations staff managing approximately one hundred vessels across three regions: South Florida, the New York tri-state, the Great Lakes. A network of about fifty licensed captains and crew serve the boats in our care.
Yacht Management Services was founded on the conviction that a management company should treat every vessel to the same standard whether or not anyone is watching. That means scheduled maintenance on a written calendar, every visit documented in an owner app, and being the named responsible party on the hurricane plan an insurer requires.
The company operates from Fort Lauderdale with a presence in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Miami, FL.

Nicolle Girolamo
Nicolle founded Yacht Management Services in South Florida approximately ten years ago and has grown it to one of the largest independent yacht management companies in the region.
