on the App Store and Google Play listings.
What we collect
This website collects information in exactly one way: the contact
form. If you use it, we receive your name, your email address, your
phone number, and whatever you tell us about your vessel: make,
size, and your message. Nothing else. If you call instead, the
ordinary records of a phone call apply.
Why we collect it
To answer you. Your details are used to reply to your inquiry, to
call you back if you asked for that, and, only if you ticked the
optional text-message boxes, to text you about your vessel,
scheduling, or company news. You can reply STOP to any text at any
time.
What we do not do
This site runs no advertising cookies, no analytics, no social
pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own
domain, not a font service. We do not sell, rent or share your
information with anyone, and we do not use it to build advertising
profiles.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as it takes to resolve them and, if
you become a client, then under the records we keep for your vessel.
If you ask us to delete an inquiry that went nowhere, we will.
Your information rights
Florida law and, where it applies, the GDPR and CCPA give you the
right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to
have it deleted. Ask by phone or in writing and we will act on it.
Where this lives
The site is served by a content network (Cloudflare) from data
centers inside and outside the United States. The form submission
travels over an encrypted connection. Beyond that network delivery,
your details come to us and stay with us.
Children
Yacht management is an adult business. This site is not directed at
anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from
children.
